So as of today I began to walk. I need to get these 10 lbs off to move to phase 2, so I am ready to get this party started. I downloaded the Nike Running app, and I have a pedometer. We will see how this goes. I did 2 miles today, and it was pretty difficult to get it done. I felt really out of shape, and tired when I got back. Lets hope that this gets easier.
