Phase 1 Update

So I have worked very hard to finish all the classes. I completed all the required classes! Now that I have finished, I can give a little bit of an opinion on the classes. They are very redundant, and lots of stuff overlaps each other. Some of the classes do not focus the material on life after surgery, at all. This makes it very hard to progress through the classes properly, what I did is sit through the classes, and then when I was finished I sifted through the information that was going to matter to my lifestyle changes for before surgery and after surgery. Everything else was erroneous information. It could be helpful to someone who isn’t going to have weight loss surgery, however, since my choices is WLS, the class did not cater to the specific needs/changes that I will need to make after surgery. Some of the classes were very informative, especially the ones specifically geared towards WLS pre and post operative life. Take good notes, and keep any information that is given to you. It may come in handy one day.
